Abilene First United Methodist Church Scholarships

Through the generosity of current and former members of Abilene First United Methodist Church, a scholarship program has been established for students planning to attend, or already attending, an accredited institution of post-high school education. Graduating high school seniors, current college students, and graduate students are eligible for the awards.

Applications will be prioritized:

  1. high school seniors of the First United Methodist Church
  2. college students and graduate students of the First United Methodist Church
  3. students affiliated with other congregations of the United Methodist Church and other denominations

Scholastic ability and achievement as determined by grades, rank in class, and test scores will be considered along with demonstrations of proper motivation, citizenship, and good moral character.
